Water-washed water curtain cabinet is a kind of purification equipment for spray paint mist treatment. The water-washed water curtain cabinet is equipped with an advanced paint mist capture system, which mainly consists of water curtain board, circulating water tank, water supply system and air exhaust system. The water curtain is facing the operating surface. When water flows on its surface, it keeps flowing without impact and keeps the thickness of water curtain. The water curtain cabinet uses two upper and lower water curtain boards to increase the area of the water curtain. Let the paint mist and the water flowing on the surface of the water curtain board mix sufficiently, use the fan to produce high-speed air flow, roll up the water, make the water purify the paint mist. In order to separate the air from the water, at the entrance of the air containing the paint mist, there is a serrated plate, so that the air flow enters between the water surface and the serrated teeth, and then is discharged by the fan, and the water falls into the circulating flume. The filter screen is installed before the entrance of the circulating pump. Water supply cycle is composed of circulating pump, valve, pipeline and overflow groove. After pumping water from the circulating tank and pressurizing it, the circulating pump enters the overflow tank through the pipeline. The water overflows and forms a steady flow on the surface of the water curtain. The excess water flows directly from the bypass into the circulating flume, and eventually forms a steady flow on all surfaces of the water curtain.
